A rainy day so....

Engine is done! Again

New bush on the Bretta,

Slider plate is on the swing arm

Now it's on to paint prep.

I hope this works...

New cam chain (should have done this at rebuild I guess!) and I think the oil blower baffle hand crafted by me was not fitted to this TX650 engine for a very spesific reason. It fouled the tensioner and may have been the very slight rattle I could hear, 

So it's round two on the engine!

Back yesterday from a great ride out and got the XS in bits

Cam chain, should have done it when I rebuilt the motor! That's why I am

Never going to rebuild a motor again...

Lanbretta and others!

Well progress on the Lambretta, ready to go back to the other builder. Sodding XS stopped! So carbs off strip and clean check everything.... I  will not be beaten! Well may be! But nicely onto the Hardly Didderly Davidson for key switch construction.
