Thanks to a good friend of mine putting his XS on the rolling road, and never being that happy with the standard carb after a high-level tuning meeting the deal was done, a quick phone call to Motocarb Ltd, and exchange of fitting rubbers! £8.26 in fuel line and £30 for filters (still to arrive) So we now have,

VM34's now just got to learn how to set these up.

D branding

Got a few jobs in for fun, taking the ID of a MK4 Golf boot lid and then putting a MK5 handle in a MK4.

Is has reduced the cost of.... New Carbs!

Led to two a conclusions A: my clutch cable was S*&T to long and just GAY! left with used original from AG and gathering of all my cable stock I set about trying it and replicating as it appeared to work better..

B: ask buddies what they are wearing and offer free fashion advice!

Well don't drill base of seat for pop rivets with a new drill and subsequently put the bit through the first attempt to cover seat pan and have to do it again but she's looking ok I guess

The final time I though I could just paint the electrical box but no, she still fights me with a split that needed repair! Done so move on

In the vain effort to get a clutch on the xs that A: don't drag B: Allows you to change up and down the gearbox, I noticed the crank oil seal leaking. I got one in stock, or so I though, Doah only got the 2 and 0 in the worng place, new part ordered....

Germany Xs shop bits arrive

Got my bits for the clutch they say with the new multi roller needle bearing you can find neutral with the engine running! Do not hold out much hope, but €12 gamble may pay off.

The boys popped round! They had been out for a ride I gotta work so quick lift in with engine brew and they were off good to see the 750 yam rolling thanks

98% ready

It's was all going well, then I put the tappet cover on and the thread came out.......

But it still looks good, just may leak oil, down to helicoil shop

First dummy build

All clean and put back together for last visual check now we bolt the lot back together

New barrels have arrived, very nice, pistons in with gapped rings just need to put the pieces back together. Hopefully it will all work at the rat does not do motors!
